Sayre Home Health has provided skilled nursing services to Sayre and the surrounding communities for since 1993.

Cleta J. Cox RNBC is the Clinical Director and Home Health Administrator. She is certified by the American Nurse Credential Center as a Home Health Nurse and is certified by the National Association for Home Care and Hospice as a Home Care/Hospice Executive. She has thirty plus years experience as a registered nurse.
